The Model of Vague Comprehensive Evaluation for Energy Conservation of Expressway Construction Project and its Research Application

Energy conservation of expressway construction project is urgent in our country, its theoretical research and practice is pretty weak, lack in integrity and corrects conservative evaluation-index system and method. This paper has introduced the theory of vague comprehensive evaluation and the theory of attribute, established a vague comprehensive evaluation model for the energy conservation of expressway construction project. It can test the degree of energy conservation of the expressway construction project by the attributive identification system, which is worked on the determination of multi-level and multi-index weights, and the analysis for the singleand multi-target indicator attribute. If we put this established model into the H.S. enegy-consevation of expressway construction project, then we can get the same result. So that we can see the theory and model we provided is practical, and they both give the oridical support for the work of energy conservation of expressway construction project.
